Service sucks ass

Useless. I ordered on the 17th of November. ( *** ) Only partial order with courier. No indication on the site as to when the other half of my order will be collected by courier. And dont even bother contacting them, all they will tell you is to wait for the delivery guy to contact you. POINT IS, I DID NOT ORDER FROM THE COURIER GUY, I DID NOT PAY THE COURIER GUY. HOW CAN THE COURIER GUY GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS ON MY PARTIAL ORDER AND THE REST I AM STILL DUE. THE SITE DOES NOT SHOW WHAT STILL NEEDS TO BE COLLECTED FOR DELIVERY, ONLY SHOWS WHAT WAS PICKED UP. So i am asking what should i do, so that my order can be cancelled and refund request made. It should not be that difficult for you guys to refund me AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM YOU YET!!
