Rather stick with the big Names like Takealot!!!

Order for PC monitor

I placed the Order on the 29th already and today is the 10th of November. I feel Going forward Everyshop will really have to look at there competitors, like Takealot and what they are doing right. I wont go into to much details but as a newby in the online delivery market, Everyshop has lots to learn, especially client service and delivery.

The communication received so far regarding my order was an absolute minimum. Till today I only know that my order is at a courier, but when will it be delivered? Thats the big question. How can I plan my days if I dont know when the courier will pitch up at my place?

I specifically ordered my screen in advance, as I had to return my other screen back to the office. But due to Everyshop I am now sitting without a screen. And till today I dont understand how Takealot can immediately give me a proof of payment but with Everyshop everything is a big deal. Im Still awaiting proof of payment as this money needs to be claimed back from my office Allowance, that had to be submitted already

This was my first time using the Everyshop platform, and I must say it wasn't a good experience at all.

This platforms estimate delivery days are misleading and you can definitely add some extra days to that...

I unfortunately had to give a 1 star rating as the Hallo Peter site requires at least one star.. to submit this review. But its definitely not that I wanted to give one star...
