PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TO ORDER FROM THIS SITE AND AVOID SKYNET COURIER. They give online shopping a bad name. We ordered my son's first Christmas gift from them on 14/12/2021, and the courier company returned it to the warehouse because they said our address is incorrect. They didn't contact us to query first. And to date my son is STILL WAITING FOR HIS GIFT. Customer service is non existant, and I don't think we will receive the ordered item...ever. Everyshop is a ****, *****ing customers money. 10 days after logging my complaint, and still NOTHING happened. We're living in the 21st century, they should have bent over backwards to ensure they make up to us, the customer, for this totally unacceptable inconvenience caused.

Takealot never gave us any hassles whatsoever over the years, and their courier company never query our address!!!!!!!!! I will stick to them from now on.
