Pathetic service from Everyshop

I purchased an item which I discovered was defective upon opening. Logged a return via the website, which was approved however since since I have received no communication on when this defective item will be collected and my money returned. I have messaged them via the website and Facebook. Really pathetic service...I will stick to using Takealot in future as I have had no issues with them. Everyshop is a ****!!!!
