Pathetic customer service from Everyshop

Never in my life will I ever order from Everyshop. I have phoned 3 times already requesting an ETA for items ordered 2 weeks ago. Apparently they are not in the business to phone and find answers for their customers. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, the person on the line says it won't make a difference, they also can't give feedback. The worst service I have ever received in my life!!! Never again!!!
