Order not Delivered an not getting any delivery information from Everyshop

My experience is so disappointing, I placed an order for my son's Tablet for homeschooling and I followed up with courierit and they said they were hijacked and I will have to contact Everyshop to get a new device delivered, I have been calling Everyshop and every time I'm being told someone will contact me, I don't want to be contacted I want the order I placed delivered so that my child can to his school work.
