Order not delivered

Good Evening, I'm so disappointed with Everyshop. I paid for my order on the 29th of April 2022 till today its not delivered. I'm talking of R4000 order, I've been sent around when I'm trying to get help from them.now they are no longer responding to my communication. I'm frustrated, I need assistance in getting my order.
