Online shopping - Washing Machine

I bought a washing machine on 26 Nov 2021, online and took my money. On the 1 Dec 2021. They send me an email letting me know that they haven't got stock, and I must send them my bank details. I even asked when will stock be available, I am prepared to wait a week or two. On 3 Dec 2021, I did send my bank details as asked. But up to date haven't received any money. When ever I'm phoning I do get the same response. You must wait 7-14 days for your money! That's not fair!! They shouldn't have taken my money if there wasn't any stock available, now I must wait!!
