Non Delivery of Laptop Bought

I bought a laptop on 18/04/2022 online from Everyshop and according to their tracking it was ready to be collected by the courier on the same day at 10:17 AM. Today is 28/04/2022 and the call centre lady just informed me that the laptop has not even been picked up by the courier.

These are the same guys who want to compete with Takealot LOL. I ordered a USB C Hub on Amazon on 25/04/2022 and I received a shipping confirmation on 27/04/2022 with delivery expected by 16/05/2022 at the latest. Now I have requested a cancellation of my Everyshop laptop and I'm told it will take an= not surprising 14 days for the refund to be done. WHAT A JOKE!
