No Stock; No Refund

Would rate 0 Everyshop advertised an item in stock, which I purchased and paid for in full. They then said they could not source the item and cancelled my order, promising a refund. 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get them to refund. They also refuse to allow me to escalate the issue.
