No stock in Area but Nationwide Delivery

First time buyer wanting a Xiaomi TV stick. Item in stock but at checkout it states there is no stock in your area. Delivery page says that they deliver Nationwide. How does that work??? Created expectation and lets you down even before ordering. No luck here and will not consider buying from them in the future.
