No product supp**** after payment

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE Ordered and paid on 16 March 2022 Received an email informing me that the parcel was delivered on 23 March 2022, which is not true. I have requested a Proof of Delivery via email on 3 occasions and phoned twice, no feedback is given or proof of delivery has been provided, only a complaint number is given. This is the worst online service I have received, service like this leads to mistrust and failure on online bussiness. I won't support them again.
