No delivery or communication 9 days later

One cannot expect anything good from a store that, 9 days after placing an order, has no tracking showing for your order and shows items as "picking in progress". Not even a call, sms or email with an update. Delivery shows as in 3-6 days, so 9 days down. Called the Call Centre and Nompumelelo was very polite and logged a complaint as she agreed that by now I should have received the order and in the least, some communication. Let's see when I will receive my order. If I don't receive it by tomorrow, this will be the first and last order from me and I will then just stick to Take A Lot, who never disappoints.
