No consideration for customers

If you want to hear about their procedures then buy something from them. I bought a tricycle for my toddler. It came with dents and tears on the handle. It did not have instructions and an important steering part was missing. I asked them to return and replace in 3 days and they said its not possible as their process doesn't allow them to. Not good enough when they are the ones that have not delivered a new product as promised.
