No collection on faulty goods.

I will never use this store ever again.

I purchased a keyboard and headphones from Everyshop. Took 1 week to get Cape Town ( amazing that they still use donkey and cart to deliver). Received the goods and found out the keyboard was faulty. Logged a fault the same day.

2 weeks later after numerous emails back and forth, nobody has collected it. It will be 3 weeks and no refund. No replacement keyboard.

I'm sure the agents answering the mails are trying to help, but I'm tired of hearing excuses and have added them to this review.

How does this business even survive. JD Group you don't care about your customers and will be your demise. I would not recommend anybody to buy from them. I wish I had checked their reviews before buying.

Do not make the same mistake.
