legit store, would not recommend

Placed an order and got delivery in 3 days. Was very impressed , however the product was not what was advertised. I contacted them for a refund, one month later , they were still faffing and not able to even schedule a time to pick up their item. I decided to cancel the return as they were obviously just trying to waste my time. I am now R4500 down and stuck with an item that doesn't suit my purpose . They are a legit store but I would not reccomend them
