JD Groups's Everyshop is not interested is resolving paid for order issues

JD groups owns Everyshop and their service is non existent. I received a partial order on the 25 May and have requested the balance of my order every week since. Calling them today, they say ote been escalated to management but you cant talk to management you can only email them at the JD group.
