INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED 1 MONTH LATER NOT RESOLVED - INSANE

I ordered a pair of jeans on 3rd September 2021 and received an incorrect parcel containing a meat thermometer. i reported this immediately and have been going around back and forth with correspondence, sending images of what i received and up until now it has not been resolved. The courier has even collected the incorrect parcel from me but yet i don't have my order. This is the most ridiculous customer service i have ever received and i will be sure NOT to ever order from your company again. My order reference number is ***.
