Growing store hindered by an awful courier service

I'm going to put it out there: They have a horrible customer service. The emails I sent them two days ago have yet to even garner a response and it takes them around 5 mins to talk via thier live chat. It's ONE person handling it too. An online retailer getting dozens of orders a day, getting even more queries has ONE PERSON working them? Help me understand how that makes sense.

Whatever, I got my parcel but the biggest mistake here is that they use SkyNet. Yes, the WORST courier in the country. I'm not joking here. I'm dead serious :/.

I'm gonna be blunt. Don't use Everyshop till they get more people working in customer services and until they change their courier. You'll be gambling with your money. Will you get your order or not? Will it arrive on time or two weeks later?Or never at all?

Just wait till they decide to change how they work. There are plenty of decent online retailers out there. Use them
