Fast trasnaction processing, but very poor delivery and fullfilment

Ordered an expensive item. Sadly it seems to be stuck somewhere in Pretoria now for the 3rd day. The shipping may be "Free" but would have paid to have the item shipped properly. Customer support via telephone informed me the courier is Skynet but the tracking number does not work. It's not Aramex either. Everyshop seems to send items fast but then they linger at the courier for days. Takealot is better. Avoid Everyshop if you can. Slow fulfillment.
