False advertising practices

After receiving spurious number of adverti*****ts for a portable air conditioner at a very cheap price, I decided to place an order to check the validity. The transaction was successful and I received an order confirmation via email. I then proceeded to cancel a deal for a slightly used one for a similar price.

After days of being unable to track the progress on my order, I made an enquiry, only to be informed my order was canceled and that I have been refunded. I expressed my dissatisfaction re this as the other unit I canceled had subsequently been sold. I believe that this was mischievace false advertising aimed at luring people to their site. I have since made about 10 screen shots of the same item being advertised for the price I bought it at. My opinion is that they should honor our agreed deal.
