Everyshop ticks every disappointing block

I bought a defy 2 plate and oven stove around June July 2021. By August the paint started peeling off nd one plate not working in October. Everyshop took the stove for repairs and said it could take up to 21 days. After the waiting, the plate is still not working, oven door not closing properly and the paint is still peeled. Now I am told to wait again for the repairs, how is the cooking to be done in the meantime? They got emmediate payment and I must endure such poor service over an inferior product? I really expected more of defy but this is an absolute disaster.
