Everyshop ****med me

I made an order of more than R450.00 on Everyshop, and they said the purchase will be free delivery, now their courier SkyBet Charged me R130 and I want it back.

Below is the text I sent them and many others, I am being ignored with passion.

This order was supposed to be free delivery as it is more than R450, but I see a charge of R130 from Skynet courier, why is that?
