This company's customer service is appalling. Their staff are clueless and cant even provide basic information on something as simple as why an order is delayed and when delivery can be expected. I placed an order with them and the best they can do is ask me to call Hi-Coporation for an answer, when I dealt with and paid THEM for product. There is no sense of responsibility or willingness to assist customers. What a sorry excuse for "South Africa's most exciting new E-Commerce platform". I advise people to avoid dealing with them, and save yourself a frustrating experience.
