Everyshop poor service

I recently completed a purchase from everyshop, I was later notified that my order is being canceled as there has been a pricing error on their side. They said I'll be issued a refund for the amount I paid but its been a few days and still haven't received it (it might still need to reflect).

It was my first time buying from everyshop and it was definitely my last, will not recommend them. They didn't even bother to give me a voucher code for my troubles (which is common practice).

Another note is that the order tracking was poor as I always had a blank screen when I attempted to track via the website.

Poor customer service!
