Everyshop Pathetic service

Purchased a Mellerware Stick blender on 29 September and some other stuff. On Monday I received part of the delivery and am still waiting for the Stick blender to be Delivered. When item is tracked it says with Courier since 01/10/22. I have called Everyshop, sent an email and sent a message on Facebook Messenger and each time I have been told that a member will contact me. Its been a week already and still waiting for an explanation Order no *** Everyshop your service is Pathetic and it costs me money to call each time. Your customer service department is worse your consultants don't know how to even check what is happening with an order. Will not recommend Everyshop due to the poor service they offer.
