Everyshop not worth the time and effort.

Be very careful when ordering from everyshop. They send you the incorrect order with your order number, the warehouse calls several times even on weekends . They then threaten you with risk assessment team . They make you send the incorrect order back, which you never wanted in the first place. They close your order number off and tell you that your order has been delivered. When making enquiries ,you are left to deal with *********** customer services who insist your complaint has been escalated. You send several emails and make calls and all you are told is that your complaint has been escalated. Escalated to which point?? It's been a week.

All I asked for was my order that I PAID FOR be delivered.

Don't waste your money or time . Customer service is terrible, and you will be going around in circles.

Rather purchase with Takealot . They are the still the best by far.
