Everyshop is a ****!

From someone who usually shops on Takealot shopping here was such a culture shock. I live in CBD Cape Town and it's day 11 now, and my order still isn't here. Trying to get a refund from these people is also such a nightmare. When you go on their chat thingie you will always get a guy whose name is 'Kenneth' and whose only job is to tell you that he is escalating your request. I am almost certain now that this Everyshop thing is a ****! Shopping here has been a proper frustrating
