Everyshop is a disgrace!

I purchased a very expensive toaster on Everyshop, it turned out to be garbage. It burned the bread on one side and left it untoasted on the other side. I requested to return the toaster. They took four days to get back to me. They finally authorised my return but I have now been waiting TWO WEEKS for them to collect the item. My whole experience with them has been a nightmare. I will NEVER buy from them again. #***
