Everyshop Bad service

I need to exchange my items for smaller sizes. I called emailed logged the exchange on their website. All the while asking when it would be collected. No one gives a straight answer. They didn't say if it would be collected from the same address as where it was delivered. I am still working over the festive season so i needed to arrange where to leave it for it to be collected. I got an sms to say it would he collected but i had already left for work. My parcel was collected late the next day and i have yet to hear anything about my exchange. Its supposed to be a Christmas gift but its Christmas eve and i haven't received it yet.. I ordered for the first time and while they were very quick to deliver. I was so impressed. Told family and friends.They are terrible at after service. I will definitely never use them again and definitely not recognize them to anyone
