Everyshop and the JD Group are not fit to be selling anything in SA. Very poor service

Purchased a ps5 bundle deal from Everyshop. Had to follow up everyday on the status since it wasn't moving at all. After the 8th day of purchase, I was emailed that the JD Group will refund me because they do not have stock. It is crazy that something is listed when they dont have stock. Anyway i was ****ed off because i had already purchased Fifa and another controller for the ps5. I informed the JD group to please refund me asap and also send proof of payment. I have since purchased the ps5 and picked it up from CaCell but to date still no refund from the JD Group and Everyshop. R13999 and still waiting. I had to request proof of payment and still no response from these guys. Ridiculous of what South Africans have to go through to get good service. Thumbs up to CaCell. JD Group should take a page from these guys playbook and learn about customer service. Please guys..my suggestion is you stick to takealot and places like Cacell and forget purchasing from any JD Group stores. Will save you the heartache and money.
