DONT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! 1 star is far more than they deservive. Their call centre is called customer care ... they should rename it to CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE!! I ordered on the 14th, the parcel was handed over to their courier on the 16th, we are on the 27th of September and still NO PARCEL DELIVERED. Every agent you speak to can give NO INFORMATION. All of the agents escalade the complaint but no one gives you any feedback nor can the give you any new information the following day. At one point they told me they dont know where the parcel is and that it is possibly ******. They cant even tell me who the courier is?!?!?! Quick to take your money, last to give you service.
