Everyshop

I ordered from Everyshop on the 5th of May 2022, my other was shipped on the 6th and delivered on the 09th of May. Upon delivery it was the incorrect bag, I called the customer service number and was advised to reject the delivery and send it back with the driver. I was given a complaint number. On the 11th I received a call from Malose Mothapo who works at Everyshop to apologise for the wrong order and created a new order on my behalf. On the 12th a new order was placed and shipped. My new order was delivered on the 16th of May. I would like to applaud Mr Molose on such excellent service!
