Your level of service is disgusting!!!!! Your call centre agents are actually pathetic and don’t assist

Where is my parcel !!! You have no idea what is going on and if I don’t get my parcel today I’m taking you to the consumer council !

You get times your parcel is to arrive

No one has a clue what is going on why we don’t get our parcels it’s actually appalling that a company like this exists !!!
