Can i please have my money back asap so I can go to a shop and buy a fone!!!

Ith would like to lodge a complaint on this company. I saw the bad reviews about this company but still decided to order a phone on the 14th of April with them. According to their system, delivery was going to happen within 4 working days. I kept on tracking the delivery using the tracking details provided. Since the 20th of April, the status on the system, indicated that the courier collected the parcel. However to my suprise, since that day, there was no further movements on the order. I logged a call around the same time to try and find out where the parcel was and as expected I was sent from pillar to post with no constructive way forward. I had to take matters into my hands and contact the courier company and that didn't assist. I was just left hanging by both Everyshop and their courier. I just called them today to ask for a refund, almost a month later and I was told another request was going to be logged for a refund that might take 14 days. I really regret not paying attention to the reviews, my mother is now left without a phone!! This company sucks, they don't know what they're doing and should stop operating.
