Broken items - Struggling to get refund or feedback!

Purchased a gazebo from them. Initially impressed as the delivery time was great. went away for the weekend and when we opened and tried to use it, all the poles were broken and clips missing. seems like this was a used and damaged product which was reshipped to me. since logging the return, they have been a nightmare to deal with. they do not respond to emails, the consultant's phone is constantly offline. its been over a week and i am still struggling to get a refund or any feedback.
