Broken goods

I have ordered glassware from this company and both times I have received broken glasses. In the first boxes 5 glasses where broken and in the last delivery 1 was broken. The company states that "We Unfortunately cannot assist with claims for damaged or faulty products unless inspected at delivery. I use on line shopping a lot and my home helper or gardener take in the parcels but they don't open them. I have bought glasses many times from other companies and never had broken one before. So the problem lies either with the packing at Everyshop or the Courier company. It doesn't seem there is anything I can do about my losses but warn others not to purchase breakables from them or ensure you open your package while the delivery person is there.
