Bad Service Everyshop - part of the Pepcor and JDG Group

Ordered my two beds on the 20th April 2022, ot is now th e10th with no delivery.They promise 3 - 9 working days. When I follow up both by email and telephonic-ally I am assured the order is on its way. When i ask for courier number they say I cant contact them directly, I escalated to the JDG Group and Pepcor who own the Group, no assistance what so ever. the Group should be ashamed of the bad service we as South Africans are getting used to.
