Bad service ever never keep promises

I bought a TV last year which is less than a year old the TV stopped working I called them in December to let them know they said they will attend in January they never did and I called them again in January they lodged a repair they said they will get back to me me within 48 after I emailed them serial numbers of the TV now they gone quite. Till today I'm still awaiting their call
