For their protection and ours, we keep all records in writing, thus eliminating confusion at a later date. Regarding this review, we have several points: At the time of purchase, we had a promotion where all purchases received a Woolworths giftcard, which was received and accepted. Promise1: Kept Being kept abreast of order status until final delivery Promise2: Kept Advising customers prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction (in writing) Promise3:Kept Delivering EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED Promise4: Kept We have an open dialogue with our customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their purchase and provide all information we can to make an informed decision when shopping with us. We do not entertain abuse or harassment and avoid such interactions from our staff or customers. As always we strive to make online shopping a straightforward and easy process and continue to improve our interactions with our customers.
