Poor follow up

Elroy Rossouw, trading as Every Pool Solution (Pty) Ltd, fibreglassed my gunite swimming pool in late December 2020.

Initially all went well, Elroy was friendly, returned calls and proceeded as promised. The issue was that he used table salt on the steps to create a non-slip surface over which the final sealant was painted.

This caused a discoloration of the steps. Every time I contacted Elroy, he said to give it another week and it'll disappear. Five months later and the discoloration is still there.

Elroy now ignores my calls and messages.
