management dropped me on my wedding day

there was no management on the day of my wedding even though it states it in the contract.. staff took advantage, the staff was hiding in the back most of the night eating and carrying the buffet food home before my guests even got. never served dessert, bar prices changed continuously during the night, staff left before the wedding guests. I paid in full and now they threatening to not pay back the deposit in full. I have been accused of breaking glasses when it was from the previous wedding that had not been cleaned up. I have also been accused that its my guests who carried food out when I watched the staff do it. an apology would of been simple from them but they backfiring it on me. Pity there is no service cause the venue itself is stunning.
