Worst Online Experience Ever- DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Ordered a set of two dog training collars on 03 September 2025 - Delivery they claim is within one to two weeks.. When my parcel did not arrive I started emailing them. On Sept 13 I requested a tracking number On September 15 Alyssa Briijlal asks if I have received my parcel September 23 -ask for update. October 1 I am tols they do not have the colour that I ordered but have Black. October 2 confirmed that would be fine. October 20:I AM STILL AWAITING MY ORDER YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING. I will be posting on hello Peter. - NO RESPONSE October 23: Why have I only received a single collar when I paid for two? Please inform me ASAP - NO RESPONSE

All I can say is that this is the worst service I have experienced online.

I paid for a set of two collars and now only receive ONE collar, Which has cost me R923.00
