Trending at Evertrend - incompetence & ineptitude

I bought a small item for my laptop - a month later I don’t have it, it’s stuck at the airport with Buffalo & despite numerous efforts to find out why from Evertrend, nothing but silence. No response to emails & phoning them is a waste of time (automated call centre). Would NOT recommend anyone using this bunch ever!
