Just another case of non-existent customer service. I cancelled an order and received a quick response acknowledging the cancellation and confirming that I am eligible for a refund. The email even had a "how was my service" button. Alas, that was the last I ever heard from them. I have had no response to any of my queries, and of course still no refund.
