TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EVERTREND ONLINE STORE, JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA

I have had the WORST experience with EVERTREND in South Africa on Tel +***7. They are an online shopping store where i ordered noise reduction earplugs. I never heard back from them and had to enquire myself where i learnt that what I ordered was no longer available. I asked for a replacement type but they never responded. I then asked for a cancellation of my order and refund. They confirmed the cancellation but I have been struggling thru multiple emails and weeks to get my refund. The woman who I am contacting with Alyssa Brijlal is completely ignoring my correspondence. I am now sick and tired of wasting my time and money on companies that just HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT/NOT purchase anything from them.
