TERRIBLE SERVICE

This is my SECOND complaint regarding my outstanding order with EVERTREND ONLINE. You can forget trying to call because NO ONE answers. I have once again send multiple emails and NOTHING!!!!! they promised to reimburse me by Tuesday (yesterday) and now RADIO SILENCE. I am SICK AND TIRED of the uselessness! When I did my first review some weeks ago, they responded to me and promised to resolve my issue, in the same email the asked me to please remove my review but I told them I would only do so once I receive the service and you would think that they would catch a wake up call but no nothing whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT EVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. I am so angry.
