POOR SERVICE in BOTH Delivery and Customer Service

POOR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, A NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING FULLY DESERVED!!!! I placed an order on the 28th of September 2025 only to be told on the 13th of October 2025 that their supplier cannot fulfill the order due to lack of stock. On the 14th I requested REFUND for my order where I got promised that it would proceed and will reflect within 3-5 business days. On the day of writing this review (the 22nd), I still haven't received my refund even after countless engagements with the contact centers via email, therefore good people to save you from wasting your hard earned money DO NOT BUY from these guys!!
