Poor service from Evertrend

Poor service with very little feedback. I ordered the product on the 6 December and it eventually got delivered on the 3 January, resulting in additional courier costs on my side because of the late delivery. Besides being more expensive than other online shops, the customs process became my problem. The only feedback received was a copy paste of their courier policy, informing me that they take 7 - 15 working days to deliver. I will never use them again.
