Poor service and No communication

What a horrible experience l had with this company, l requested a refund and Tendai promised to email me all communications but its been three weeks now waiting for my refund. the accounts department doesnt communicate at all.i wont buy from this company or advise anyone to buy from them.Avoid Avoid Avoid
